This Position reports to: Supply Chain & Spare Parts Manager Provide customers with support (e.g. order assistance, payment-related assistance) to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Processes orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain and other internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products and acts as first point of contact for customer questions and orders. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the: Electrification Service division Responsibilities - Communicate with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. - Execute customer orders from order booking to payment. - Ensure customer orders are carried out and delivered on-time and per contractual requirements. - Prepares purchase requisitions. - Ensure that order documentation is complete, current and properly backed up. - Accurately maintains backlog in terms of delivery dates and forecast. Participate in backlog review meetings. - Create and maintain master data such as Material Master, Information Records, Source List. - Supports inventory process. - Work in collaboration with all team members such as Sales and Marketing, Receiving and Shipping, and Supply Chain. - Effectively implements and leverages the use of existing tools and processes. - Ensure key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as on-time delivery and quality are met through oversight. May be required to define improvement action plan to achieve KPI’s. - Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - Possess a Diploma or University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. - 5 to 10 years of experience. - Knowledge of contractual, legal and commercial aspects. - Excellent communication skills. - Experience with SAP Business Management System (ERP). - Strong organizational skills, proactive, results‑oriented; tactful and diplomatic. - Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, One Note, MS Project. - Knowledge and experience with Lean Six Sigma concepts.
