Site Supervisor– Low-Rise Residential Site Location:

Salary:

$90,000– $110,000, based on experience

A well-established low-rise residential builder is looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to their construction team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a solid background in low-rise residential construction who is comfortable managing day-to-day site activity, coordinating trades, and keeping work moving efficiently on site.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing townhome or similar low-rise residential projects and will be confident leading site operations with a high level of organization, consistency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily construction activity on a low-rise residential site

Coordinate subtrades, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics

Monitor schedules, workmanship, deficiencies, and overall site progress

Ensure work is completed in line with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations

Maintain clear communication with internal construction and project teams

Support a clean, organized, and productive site environment

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in low-rise residential construction

Experience supervising townhome, stacked townhome, or similar residential projects

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and site safety requirements

Reliable site presence and ability to manage daily priorities with minimal oversight
