Position Overview
This challenging and rewarding role provides the opportunity to assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. As a sales lead, the Assistant Manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team.The Assistant Manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Assist in the supervision of the store team and foster a positive working environment. Interact with customers, providing exceptional service and guiding them through the shopping experience. Strategize and execute team sales goals, including training and directing staff. Store 4124‑Georgetown Mrkt Place – maurices Georgetown, ON L7G4B1. Pay Range: $18.10 – $18.64 hourly. Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. Minimum wage or minimum of the pay range will be met, whichever is higher. Equal Employment Opportunity
