Small engines Two-stroke equipment Lawn mowers Weed whackers / trimmers Chainsaws Diesel trucks Trailers Skid steers&compact equipment Welding&fabrication repairs General fleet maintenance Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair broken equipment Stay on top of preventative maintenance Perform oil changes, greasing, inspections, and servicing Repair trailers, bent gates, weld cracks, etc. Handle throttle cables, belts, bearings, hydraulics, electrical issues, and general repairs Keep the yard and maintenance area organizedTrack repairs and flag issues before they become major problems Help reduce downtime for crews in the field Be mobile and capable of field/service-call style repairs when needed Requirements

Experience with small engines and diesel equipment Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset Ability to work independently without constant oversight Strong problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license Own tools preferred Reliable and organized Schedule

20–30 hours per week Flexible scheduling One regular Saturday is required weekly, as that’s when most trucks and trailers are back in the yard for servicing
