Tool Crib Manager in Aerospace, Milton

This key role reports to the Engineering Manager, focusing on meticulous tooling management, traceability, and compliance with aerospace standards. You will maintain accurate records, support production, and drive cost control initiatives. Your attention to detail and sound judgment are vital in enhancing our manufacturing support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage controlled inventories of cutting tools and gauges • Ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality standards • Support Foreign Object Debris prevention initiatives • Provide tooling forecasts and budget input to management • Train and mentor staff on tooling handling

Requirements:• College diploma in a relevant field • Minimum 10 years in tooling control within regulated environments • Proficiency with precision measurement instruments • Strong understanding of quality systems • Ability to work in an AS9100 / ISO-certified environment
