Move-Out Cleaner for Property Services, Milton

Join an expanding property services provider as a Professional Move-Out Cleaner. You will ensure properties are pristine and ready for new tenants through high-standard cleaning.

This role requires deep cleaning of vacant flats and houses after tenants move out. Successful candidates will possess at least two years of cleaning experience, have their own transport and cleaning equipment, and excel in attention to detail. Flexibility for weekday work and potential weekend cleaning is expected.

Key Responsibilities:• Clean vacant properties, including flats and houses • Deep clean kitchens, appliances, and all internal areas • Treat bathrooms for limescale and mould • Dust and clean windows, doors, flooring, and skirting boards • Ensure properties are inspection-ready after cleaning

Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience • Comfort working alone when needed • Own transport and cleaning tools required • Strong attention to detail • Clear communication skills in English
