We are a Nissan dealership looking for a well‑spoken, motivated, results‑driven individual to join our Sales Team, working directly with customers and the management team to make a sale. Responsibilities
Switch visitors into customers by understanding their needs and matching them to the appropriate vehicle. Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles and provide customers with information, including comparing different competitive models. Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.Build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a future sale. Assist with the setup of the lot, showroom, and promotional displays. Collaborate with management and team members. Follow the sales process. Open floor with flexibility to cross‑sell both recent and used vehicles.Requirements
Proven automotive sales track record is an asset. Professional appearance, approachable, and positive attitude. Ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.OMVIC license required. Benefits
Competitive wage inclusive of salary, bonus incentives, and commissions based on experience. $4,000 per month guarantee for the first 3 months. Health, travel, medical insurance, life and disability insurance after 3 months. Dental insurance after a year. Nissan University training provided. Advantages
