This role reports to the Quality Control Manager, focusing on ensuring that both raw and finished products meet high-quality standards. Your daily tasks will include evaluating product samples through bacterial and chemical analyses, as well as monitoring sanitation systems. Additionally, you will maintain lab equipment, ensuring operational readiness and precision in results.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct bacterial and chemical testing of raw ingredients • Monitor quality control parameters of products • Assess sanitation and general housekeeping in the plant • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as needed • Enter and summarize lab data for reporting
Requirements:• Complete Grade 12 education required • Relevant university degree or diploma in a related field preferred • At least two years of lab experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work flexible hours and under minimal supervision
