As a Project Manager in the Supply Chain Development Team, you will report to the CI Program Manager, North America. This role focuses on delivering continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring all projects remain outcome-oriented and aligned with strategic goals. Your experience in managing plans, risks, and cross-functional dependencies will be critical for maintaining effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:• Drive disciplined execution of supply chain improvement initiatives • Convert scope into detailed delivery plans with milestones • Establish cadence and accountability for project reviews • Identify and manage risks and dependencies proactively • Ensure clarity in project status andrecovery options

Requirements:• 5–8 years in Supply Chain or Operations management • Strong fundamentals in project management and risk management • Working knowledge of Lean/CI principles • Solid business acumen related to performance outcomes • Certification in PMP or Lean/Six Sigma is an asset
