Join a well-established company for a 3-month Purchasing Assistant position that may extend up to 6 months. You will work closely with two Senior Buyers in operational purchasing activities, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role demands accuracy, strong communication, and urgency to keep production flowing smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage purchase orders based on requirements • Verify accuracy of PO details such as pricing and quantities • Maintain vendor profiles in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Support inventory monitoring and flag shortages • Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies

Requirements:• 1–2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems • Solid communication skills with suppliers
