You will draw upon your 5+ years of experience in tool and die making and project management. Proficiency in CAD and measurement tools is essential for ensuring high-quality, low-cost production tooling.

Key Responsibilities:• Support new business quotes with costings and part feasibilities • Conduct tool design reviews following Karmax Heavy Stamping standards • Coordinate engineering changes driven by customer requirements • Perform tool shop visits for quality checks on production tools• Conduct tool tryouts and support pre-production procedures

Requirements:• Minimum 5 years' experience in Tool and Die making • Strong CAD skills and measurement tool proficiency • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Willingness to travel internationally as needed • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and CI/CR principles
