We seek an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations for major eCommerce clients. This role will involve overseeing all warehouse activities, including workforce planning, inventory control, and process optimization. Candidates should have a strong leadership background and a proven track record in large-scale warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee the setup of the distribution center's layout and operations • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies • Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution tasks • Recruit, coach, and motivate warehouse staff • Produce regular reports on warehouse performance

Requirements:• 5+ years of experience as a warehouse manager • Expertise in warehouse management systems and best practices • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field • Proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus
