We are hiring Class 1 Driver - Canada/US Mentees. No Experience over the road. We will train you. The Mentorship program scope of training lasts 8 weeks. Once you successfully complete training the lane typically assigned operates open board ON - MB - Midwest USA - ON. We call this a triangle run. This is a commitment of being on the road for 5 days at a time. We encourage all applicants to seriously think about what impact being on the road away from home may mean to you and your family as you enter this industry Triangle run is subject, but not limited to the following States/Provinces of business for cross border drivers: MB, ON, QC ND, SD, MN, IA, MS, WI, IL, IN, OH, TN, KY, AL, PA, NJ, MA, NY Average miles for this run 10,000-12,000 miles per month What We Offer: - $0.49/mile in Canada and $0.62/mile in US - Paid for all Live Loading & Unloading - Competitive Compensation package - Assigned units for experienced drivers - Excellent home time Qualifications: - Valid Class 1 Manitoba license - MELT Certificate of Training from a TTSAO accredited school - FAST Card Eligible - Clean commercial abstract - Successful attitude - Flexible to depart over the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) - Flexible to drive nights when required All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
