Rolloff driver (Milton)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Rolloff Driver to join our team. This role involves operating heavy-duty trucks to transport and dispose of waste materials efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, physical endurance for heavy lifting, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties - Operate roll-off trucks to pick up, transport, and deliver waste containers to designated disposal sites - Ensure timely collection of waste materials according to schedule - Perform routine safety inspections of the vehicle before and after shifts - Assist with loading and unloading waste containers, often requiring heavy lifting - Maintain accurate records of pickups, drop-offs, and mileage - Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations during operations - Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups and address any issues Qualifications - Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for heavy trucks - Proven experience driving large commercial vehicles, preferably roll-off trucks or similar equipment - Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently - Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving - Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record - Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards This role is essential for maintaining efficient waste management operations while prioritizing safety, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
