Site Supervisor – Low-Rise Residential Site Location: Milton, ON Salary: $90,000 – $110,000, based on experience A well-established low-rise residential builder is looking to add an experienced Site Supervisor to their construction team. This is a strong opportunity for someone with a solid background in low-rise residential construction who is comfortable managing day-to-day site activity, coordinating trades, and keeping work moving efficiently on site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing townhome or similar low-rise residential projects and will be confident leading site operations with a high level of organization, consistency, and accountability. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily construction activity on a low-rise residential site - Coordinate subtrades, suppliers, deliveries, and site logistics - Monitor schedules, workmanship, deficiencies, and overall site progress - Ensure work is completed in line with project requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations - Maintain transparent communication with internal construction and project teams - Support a clean, organized, and productive site environment Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in low-rise residential construction - Experience supervising townhome, stacked townhome, or similar residential projects - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and site safety requirements - Reliable site presence and ability to manage daily priorities with minimal oversight Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pl2it
