POSITION: Maintenance Technician - Valid Forklift License (Crown Reach) LOCATION: Milton, ON RATE: $30-$32 an hour SHIFT: Training times: 5:40am-3pm (may flex a little) Shift times after training: 2pm-10:30pm Primarily Mon-Fri but may need weekend support STATUS: Full time, Permanent QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of food manufacturing and equipment operation experience. Valid Forklift License with robust mechanical and technical skills. Effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving capabilities. Able to perform physical tasks in rapid paced production environments. OVERVIEW: Managed peeling operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets. Maintained safe operations through staff training, monitoring, and issue resolution. Coordinated staffing, schedules, and maintenance to support daily production needs. Performed troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve performance.
