Duties Data entry and third party billing Must be proficient Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and tracking medication supplies Prepare prescription labels and ensure accuracy of medication orders Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients Maintain accurate records of medication transactions and patient information Support patient care activities by answering questions and providing basic guidance under supervision Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols related to medication handling Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed Skills Previous pharmacy technician or assistant experience is required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace while maintaining accuracy Basic computer skills for record keeping and data entry This position is integral to ensuring secure, efficient, and compassionate pharmacy services.
