Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage Order Management Specialists daily • Own execution of non-program customer orders • Ensure order compliance and documentation completeness • Act as gatekeeper for order release readiness • Support Program Managers with schedules and updates

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 3-6 years in program coordination or operations • Understanding of customer contracts • Experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Sales • Knowledge of ERP and project management tools
