Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) AND one year of experience in an industry‑related field (e.g., customer service with manufactured products or product services; material support or inventory control for manufactured products; or service writing in a dealership) or, alternatively, High School Diploma or GEDAND three years of related experienceExperience in an administrative support role preferred Must have demonstrated experience providing high‑volume levels of customer support Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Demonstrated problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail Solid team player with a collaborative natureAbility to multitask and handle multiple transactions Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Responsibilities

Act as main liaison between the U.S. plants and third‑party vendors in coordinating all shipping needs and requirements for all completed and built vehicles or demonstrators crossing to Canada Perform invoicing and billing duties, credit notes or adjustments in the system and collaborate with necessary paperwork related to the sale documentation ofthe equipmentSupport and collaborate with the team pertaining to the requirements needed for titling, registrations, or purchase and sale of motor vehicles Participate in understanding Altec’s affiliated companies to effectively direct external or internal inquiries and facilitate inter‑company transactionsSupport internal or external customer inquiries, utilizing both email or phone to ensure on‑time and real‑time responses are performed Provide administrative support for key department tasks such as mailing, faxing or scanning when needed Develop and collaborate with the team in creating relative reports to support the department’s continuous improvements initiativeParticipate in meetings for any process developments and or third‑party process developments when needed Support and act as key participants in dealer licensing, dealer plating and preparing documentations for license renewal needs Monitor transactions and track and trace all activities related to the transportation of the equipmentProvide timely updates to internal or external inquiries regarding the unit’s status, readiness and ETA’s Work closely with the manager in establishing proactive processes with acquired third‑party vendors Create and collaborate with the team to endorse continuous improvement through SOP, GOP or GMP creation for each task or processes developed with the teamDisplay positive and customer‑driven approach in communication with both internal teams and external customers Support and participate in any department training courses to enhance customer service, team building capabilities and lean methodology needed for the role Enhance team spirit by going the extra mile when needed insupporting, helping and ensuring each crucial task is delivered and completed with satisfactory resultsAll other duties as assigned by leadership Company Values

$52,000– $60,000 depending on skill and experience. If the selected candidate meets the qualifications of a more experienced level, the job level may be adjusted.
