Retail Operations Supervisor at Versace, Halton Regional Municipality (Campbellville)

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting retail operations at Versace. This position demands a candidate with at least two years in a retail BOH environment, ideally within luxury retail, who can manage inventory, oversee stock organization, and effectively communicate stock levels. A proactive and self-motivated approach is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor sales floor stock and maintain VM standards • Address product quality issues promptly to prevent shrink • Organize and maintain a clean stock room • Process shipping and receiving tasks efficiently • Assist with physical inventory preparation and adjustments

Requirements:• Minimum of two years in retail BOH, luxury preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in retail POS and Microsoft Office • Positive attitude with proactive problem-solving • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
