Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of their assigned retail store. The role drives sales performance, customer experience, team engagement, expense management, and day‑to‑day store operations. The Store Manager leads the sales floor, ensures store standards, processes, and policies are executed consistently, and coaches the team to achieve goals.Responsibilities
Brand Experience/Customer Service
– Create a customer‑first, sales‑focused culture; model selling behaviors; coach team members; communicate expectations; engage customers with open‑ended questions and personalized product suggestions; review trends and feedback to adjust strategies. Visual, Operations, and Safety
– Maintain visual merchandising standards; keep the store clean, organized, and well‑stocked; adapt visual merchandising to support sales; lead daily operations including opening/closing, point-of-sale integrity, freight processing, loss prevention, and safety initiatives; manage merchandising,marketing, inventory, and expenses.Leadership
– Act as Manager‑On‑Duty on a rotating basis; attract, develop, and retain a high‑performing team; lead onboarding and development of high‑potential employees; recognize wins and celebrate success; hold the team accountable through feedback and quarterly reviews; manage store expenses in partnership with the District Manager.Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally; build relationships with peers and district teams; share best practices and seek feedback for improvement. Essential Functions
Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members. Use store technology and office equipment, including point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and handheld devices. Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts, up to 8 hours. Assist with customer needs, merchandise recovery, and general store organization.Lift and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., with team support as required. Perform manual tasks such as assembling displays and adjusting store layouts. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager preferred. Experience leading teams, driving sales results, and coaching customer engagement and selling behaviors.Compensation
The estimated base pay for this role is between $55,000 and $81,826, with potential bonuses based on achieving store and personal targets. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Benefits
