Project Manager (Millwork) (Milton)

Project Manager – Kitchen Renovations & Refacing A growing kitchen renovation and cabinetry company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential kitchen renovation, remodeling, cabinet refacing, and custom cabinetry projects across the GTA and Halton Region. This role is ideal for someone with strong renovation coordination experience who can manage projects from client handoff through installation and closeout while ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. The company specializes in custom kitchen renovations, cabinet refacing, remodeling, and additions with a strong customer-service-focused approach. Responsibilities - Manage residential kitchen renovation and refacing projects from kickoff to completion - Coordinate installers, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules - Oversee project timelines, site progress, quality control, and deficiencies - Conduct site visits, measurements, and client walkthroughs - Review drawings, scopes of work, and material requirements - Manage RFIs, change orders, project documentation, and closeout processes - Maintain strong communication with homeowners throughout the renovation process - Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget - Work closely with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution - Support procurement and scheduling of cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and finishes Qualifications - 3+ years of project management experience within kitchen renovations, cabinetry, millwork, or residential construction - Strong understanding of kitchen renovation processes, cabinetry, and finishing trades - Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing residential clients - Ability to read drawings and understand renovation layouts and specifications - Strong organizational and communication skills - Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites across the GTA/Halton Region Preferred Experience - Kitchen renovations and cabinet refacing - Custom cabinetry or millwork projects - Residential remodeling and additions - Customer-facing renovation/project coordination experience What’s Offered - Secure pipeline of residential renovation projects - Cooperative and customer-focused team environment - Opportunity to manage projects from design through completion - Competitive compensation and long-term growth potential The company has built a strong reputation across Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, and surrounding areas for delivering quality kitchen renovations, cabinet refacing, and remodeling projects on time and within budget.
