Hello, I'm Anthony Chacon, Recruitment Consultant at FED ManuTech, specializing in engineering, manufacturing, and technical recruitment.I am currently recruiting for a growing Quebec-based manufacturing company specializing in biological wastewater treatment technologies for municipal and industrial clients across North America.We are looking for a process-oriented engineer who enjoys hands-on technical projects and wants to contribute to innovative environmental solutions with real-world impact.Your Role :As a Process Design Engineer, you will contribute to the design, sizing, and implementation of customized biological wastewater treatment systems tailored to municipal and industrial applications.You will be involved throughout various stages of projects, from technical analysis and process design to implementation support.Main responsibilities include :Design and optimize biological wastewater treatment processesAdapt engineering solutions to existing facility constraintsSupport municipal and industrial engineering projectsPrepare technical sections of proposals and quotationsCollaborate with engineering, project, and development teamsParticipate in technical discussions with clientsReview technical drawings and project documentationContribute to process improvement and customized solution developmentYour Profile :Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related Engineering fieldLicensed member of the OIQ with at least 3 years of full practice statusApproximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in process design or industrial engineeringExperience in biological wastewater treatment is strongly preferredExperience in manufacturing environments, OEMs, or consulting engineering firms is considered an assetFully bilingual in French and EnglishComfortable working in a energetic SME environmentStrong communication skills and client-oriented mindsetAutonomous, adaptable, and solution-drivenWorking Conditions :Competitive salary ranging from $90K to $120K based on experiencePerformance-based bonus structureHybrid schedule: 2 days onsite in Blainville / 3 days remoteFlexible and collaborative work environmentDiverse projects across Canada and the United StatesProfessional growth and development opportunitiesContinuous learning and technical Lunch & Learn sessionsNegotiable vacation package based on experienceIf you are looking to join a company where your engineering expertise can directly contribute to meaningful environmental projects, this opportunity could be an excellent fit.
