Responsibilities - Implement innovative solutions that will improve the way we do business and reduce costs - Support projects by having a solid influence and facilitating adequate communication with internal stakeholders - Be an agent of change to promote a customer service mindset - Have to investigate and identify risks impacting Prefal - Be a leader of opportunities for continuous improvement and problem solving - Manage priorities in line with objectives - Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations in order to present to different management levels - Interpret, verify, and recognize drawings and other documents from the engineering department - Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components - Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing - Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production - Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects. Qualifications - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience - PMP certification or experience in project management is an asset - Have strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving - Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Have an analytical mind and an ability to efficiently solve problems - Hold leadership, autonomy and ability to work in a team - Have a logical and flexible mind, with a sense of initiative and attention to detail - Have a good work structure in order to be efficient in your work organization - Have a strong capability to synthesize and document information - Have knowledge of Google computer systems.
