We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy food production environment. This is a day shift opportunity, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, operating in a fast‑paced setting, and being part of a team that helps prepare and package quality food products for shipment to retailers across Canada. Good food requires good preparation — and that’s why we need you. We are looking for reliable and adaptable team members who cansupport production line operations, assist with packaging, learn different workstations, and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working on their feet, handling multiple tasks, and communicating respectfully in a team‑based setting.
What We Offer
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay rate: $21.26‑22.77 per hour

What You’ll Do
Package food products for shipment to retailers across Canada
Help maintain production line operations by assisting line operators with process‑related issues and equipment adjustments
Relieve team members as needed for breaks, lunches, vacations, or absences
Rotate through and learn different areas of the production line and support multiple lines as required
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations
Communicate effectively and respectfully within a team‑based environment
Set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure
Support additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Must have Transportation due to location
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Previous manufacturing and/or food production experience is preferred
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production is preferred
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging, and consistently changing environment
Ability to learn multiple positions and work varying assignments as needed
Ability to understand and follow workplace procedures related to health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability using root cause problem solving
Basic math and computer skills
Excellent manual dexterity and strong physical endurance
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
CSA‑approved safety boots are required
