The Opportunity

You’ll work directly under seasoned pros to master everything from surface prep to high-end finishing. This is a hands-on, physically active role where you'll see your work transform spaces every single day.

What You’ll Learn & Do

Surface Prep: Clean, level, and prepare floors and walls for installation.

Precision Cutting: Learn to use wet saws and hand tools to fit tiles around obstacles.

Adhesive Mastery: Mix and apply the right mortars and mastics for different environments.

Setting & Grouting: Help set tiles in perfect alignment and pack grout for a flawless finish.

Logistics: Assist with loading/unloading materials and keeping a safe, clean job site.

Who You Are

Eager to Learn: No prior experience is required—we value a strong work ethic and a desire to master a trade.

Physically Fit: You’re comfortable lifting heavy materials and working on your feet.

Detail-Oriented: You have a "good eye" for straight lines and clean patterns.

Reliable: You show up on time, ready to work in various residential and commercial settings.
