MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
Answer incoming phone calls, understand requests, and ensure appropriate follow-ups.
Greet all visitors and direct them accordingly.
Collect and distribute incoming mail.
Manage service calls.
Make reservations for flights, hotels, and restaurants.
Perform various administrative tasks as required.
Hand over keys to new tenants.
Collect rent payments and ensure diligent follow-up on accounts.
Listen attentively to tenants, provide courteous support, and contribute to the prompt resolution of issues.
Supplies and Office Maintenance
Refill paper trays in photocopiers as needed.
Maintain inventory and purchase office supplies and stationery.
Ensure the proper operation and restocking of the coffee machine.
Make sure conference rooms are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Desired Profile
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable using Office 365 and administrative systems.
Professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
Conditions
