Prep Cook (Mission)

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Prep Cook to join our awesome kitchen team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying busy, and being part of a supportive crew, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll help prep fresh ingredients, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and play a key role behind the scenes in creating great food and great experiences for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing - Prep ingredients like a pro — chopping, slicing, breading, frying, organizing, and more - Help prepare menu items according to our recipes and quality standards - Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently by washing dishes and equipment - Follow food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe and professional workspace - Stay on top of ingredient organization and proper storage - Help monitor supplies and let the team know when we’re running low - Work side-by-side with a great team to keep service smooth and fun during busy rushes - Maintain high cleanliness and health standards at all times What We’re Looking For - Restaurant or kitchen experience is excellent — but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!) - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Someone who enjoys staying active and thrives in a fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Willingness to learn new skills and grow with the team - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends If you love valuable food, great teamwork, and a kitchen that keeps things moving, we’d love to meet you.
