Server/Bartender (Mission)

Bartender / Server Mission Springs Pub is hiring for a part-time Bartender / Server position, typically 20 to 30 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full-time. We are looking for someone with experience in both bartending and table service who is confident in a busy pub environment, works well independently, stays organized, and supports the team during service. Please note: this role includes regular movement of full 50L beer kegs weighing roughly 130 to 160 lb, including moving, stacking, and organizing keg inventory. The person in this role must be comfortable handling multiple kegs on delivery days and meeting the physical demands of the position. Key duties include: - Providing solid, efficient bartending and table service in a fast-paced pub setting - Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests receive attentive service - Keeping the bar, service areas, and beer coolers clean, stocked, and organized - Managing bar setup, restocking, and overall service flow - Handling and organizing keg inventory - Supporting the team wherever needed during busy periods Requirements: - Previous bartending and serving experience in a busy restaurant, pub, or bar - Strong guest service and communication skills - Reliable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team - Able to meet the physical requirements of the role Pay: From $17.85 per hour Benefits - On-site parking Application question(s): - This role requires regular movement of full 50L beer kegs weighing roughly 130 to 160 lb, including moving, stacking, and organizing multiple kegs on delivery days.
