The Role We’re seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our energetic team. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside your team while coordinating materials, schedules, and quality control. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a team of landscapers on various projects - Interpret and execute landscape designs and site plans accurately - Oversee site preparation, grading, hardscaping, planting, and irrigation installations - Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and power tools - Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry regulations - Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project managers for seamless execution - Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and quality - Snow Removal Opportunities in the winter What We’re Looking For - Three or more years of experience in landscape construction or a similar role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficiency in operating landscape construction equipment - Knowledge of hardscaping, drainage, grading, and irrigation systems - Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required) - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills What We Offer - Competitive salary based on experience - Opportunities for growth and career advancement - Paid time off and recognized holidays - A supportive team environment with top-tier equipment Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ozreu
