Prep Cook Mission

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Prep Cook to join our awesome kitchen team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying busy, and being part of a supportive crew, this role could be perfect for you. You’ll help prep fresh ingredients, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and play a key role behind the scenes in creating great food and outstanding experiences for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing Prep ingredients like a pro — chopping, slicing, breading, frying, organizing, and more Help prepare menu items according to our recipes and quality standards Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently by washing dishes and equipment Follow food safety and handling guidelines to maintain a safe and professional workspace Stay on top of ingredient organization and proper storage Help monitor supplies and let the team know when we’re running low Work side-by-side with a great team to keep service smooth and fun during busy rushes Maintain high cleanliness and health standards at all times What We’re Looking For Restaurant or kitchen experience is excellent — but not required (we’re happy to train the right person!) Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Someone who enjoys staying active and thrives in a quick-paced environment Good organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn recent skills and grow with the team Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends If you love valuable food, great teamwork, and a kitchen that keeps things moving, we’d love to meet you.
