Customer Service/sales Associate Mission

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused in store Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries both in person and over the phone Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and upselling opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactions accurately Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with merchandising, stock organization, and maintaining store presentation standards. Support sales efforts through effective communication, product recommendations, and upselling techniques Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and time management skills during busy periods Experience Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred Familiarity with cashiering, basic math, and cash handling procedures Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Experience in product demos or merchandising is advantageous Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and courtesy This position offers an engaging workplace where your interpersonal skills can shine while helping customers find the right solutions.
