Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Must be RIBO Licensed. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Duties - Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. - Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills. - Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Utilize Microsoft Office applications effectively for documentation and reporting purposes. - Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. - Engage in sales activities by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. - Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills. - Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. - Solid analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions. - Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
