Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, be multilingual, and have a passion for helping others. Duties - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience - Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions - Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Support bilingual customers by providing services in both English and Spanish - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction Skills - Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation - Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail - Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable - Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer needs and feedback effectively - Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling products or services - Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) for serving diverse customer bases - Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during customer interactions - Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions that meet customer needs - G5 License mandatory This role is vital in fostering positive relationships with customers while supporting the growth of our business through excellent service delivery.
