Remote Work-at-Home | Canada Responsibilities - Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. - Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues. - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. - Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. - Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary. Qualifications - Must be 18 years or older. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. - Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
