Job Description Our client is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join their team. You will provide assistance and information to customers/clients regarding their services. Responsibilities - Welcome new and existing customers and visitors in a friendly, cordial and approachable manner. - Receive phone calls and be able to prioritize calls or immediate attention emails, answering inquiries and resolving them effectively. - Serve as a point of Contact for customers - Fulfill customer orders and requests - Follow up with customers about the services and orders. - Draft correspondences and other documents - Data Entry and preparing weekly reports - You are proactive and pay attention to details Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Driver's License required - Attention to details - Fluent in English - Ability to Multitask - Health and safety knowledge is an asset. - Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
