Drive Sailun North America's event strategy as a Senior Experiential Events Manager, leading impactful B2B and B2C engagements at major trade shows and conferences. Execute innovative experiences that resonate with audiences. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and requires a seasoned professional with 6–8 years in events and experiential marketing. You’ll manage all aspects of event planning, execution, and evaluation while ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies for large scale trade shows. • Manage comprehensive event budgets and financial planning. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing. • Provide leadership during in office event activations. • Monitor industry trends to drive event innovation. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications. • 6-8+ years of events and experiential leadership. • Proven expertise in vendor management and logistics. • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 40% across USA and Canada.
