About the Opportunity We are currently partnering with a well-established organization in the automotive and distribution industry that is looking for a people-focused Warehouse Manager to join their team. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with team members, and keeping operations running smoothly day to day.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of approximately 13 employees while supporting inventory management, troubleshooting operational challenges, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture. Your Responsibilities
You’ll oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting productivity, organization, and inventory accuracy
In this role, you’ll lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 13 employees across varying backgrounds and experience levels
You’ll troubleshoot operational issues and help maintain efficient workflows in a busy environment
You’ll support inventory control processes and ensure customer service expectations are consistently met
You’ll work closely with leadership while taking ownership of day-to-day team performance and accountability You’ll help create a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented workplace culture
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse leadership, supervisory, retail management, or operations role
Strong people management skills with the ability to guide and support diverse personalities and working styles
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that requires adaptability and problem‑solving
Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
A reliable, accountable, and team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to step in where needed
Forklift certification is considered an asset
A positive attitude, resilience, and strong leadership presence are highly valued
