We’re looking for an Arborist Warehouse & Retail Associate who brings hands-on experience in the field and can confidently support fellow climbers and tree care professionals. Position Overview This is not your typical retail role. We’re looking for someone with arborist or climbing experience who understands the gear, the work, and the challenges of the industry. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and the retail floor—supporting inventory while also acting as a trusted advisor to customers. If you’ve worked as a climber, ground crew, or in tree care, this is an opportunity to stay connected to the industry in a more stable, year-round role.
