Job Description: This is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Mississauga for the position of Yoga Instructor at Puppy Sphere. We are looking for yoga instructors that are passionate about yoga, love puppies, and have a warm, bubbly personality. You will lead all levels‑friendly yoga classes while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both attendees and puppies! As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for 4 yoga classes, each 35 or 45 minutes long, throughout one day.

This is a contract, on‑site role in Mississauga and weekend availability is a necessity.

Our 45‑minute sessions are paid at $45/session (Weekends). Our 35‑minute sessions are paid at $35/session (Weekdays).

Yoga Instructor Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct beginner (all levels) yoga flow classes with an emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment.

Be mindful and patient that puppies will be present during practice and attendees will have divided attention to the yoga practice and puppies.

Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all attendees.

Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate different skill levels.

Collaborate with the Puppy Sphere team members to maintain a clean and organized space.

Yoga Instructor Requirements:

Candidate must be available on Saturdays or Sundays for scheduling (1 day per weekend).

Additional weekday availability is a huge plus.

Candidate must be available to teach four sessions per scheduled day.

Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or equivalent).

Must hold valid Professional Liability Insurance covering fitness instruction.

Experience teaching group yoga classes.

Genuine love for animals, particularly puppies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to create a friendly, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Patience and adaptability to handle the playful nature of puppies during classes.
