Survalent Technology is seeking a versatile, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our growing organization. The Marketing Events Manager will play a key role in supporting Survalent’ s goal of delivering world-class conferences and industry tradeshow experiences. This is a hands‑on role requiring an organized professional who can effectively manage multiple event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Survalent Global User Conference:
As the largest conference on the Survalent calendar, it will be managed by one Marketing Events Manager, while the other provides strong support throughout. Here you will be involved in strategic planning, venue selection, agenda creation, registration, catering, exhibitor and speaker management, event promotion, vendor management, attendee engagement planning, onsite execution, and post‑event reporting.
Survalent-hosted conferences, events&open houses:
Partner with the Marketing VP and global sales teams to plan and execute regional events. Ensure high‑quality delivery, manage budgets, and measure business impact.
Tradeshows:
Collaborate with the Marketing VP and sales team to identify appropriate shows and determine the level of participation (e.g., sponsorships, booths, speaking opportunities). Manage registration, sponsorships, speaker submissions, booth logistics, promotion, and post‑event reporting.
Event Planning&Execution:
Coordinate all logistics including venue and vendor management, A/V requirements, on‑site support, and troubleshooting to maintain quality and budget standards.
Event Communications&Promotion:
Create and manage event communications using CVENT, Marketo, Salesforce, and social media. Develop targeted campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
5–10 years’ experience planning and executing conferences, tradeshows, and event communications
Proficient with
CVENT, Marketo, Universal Lead Capture, Salesforce, MS Office, and MS Teams
Familiarity with
Adobe Suite
(InDesign, Illustrator)
Must be able to travel internationally
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail‑oriented, and highly organized individual
Ability to lead multiple events simultaneously
Hands‑on, proactive, and problem‑solving mindset
This is a full‑time permanent position reporting to the Marketing Vice President. The salary range for this role is $75,000–$85,000.
