Become an Order Processing and Customer Support Agent and enhance client interactions. Manage order entries and address inquiries for a top-tier consumer electronics provider.
This full-time role requires you to be the first point of contact for North American customers and dealers. You will handle the validation of purchase orders, provide timely responses regarding product availability, and employ effective problem-solving techniques for issue resolution. Your collaborative spirit will help coordinate smooth operations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:• Validate and process purchase orders accurately • Update inventory and inform customers on delivery • Assist in resolving shipping and order issues • Engage customers positively to foster relationships • Coordinate with departments for efficient order management
Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools • Interest in audio and consumer electronics • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities • Willingness to adapt and learn new methods
