Lead transformational procurement initiatives as a Senior Global Procurement Manager. Drive sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, and enhance collaboration across global operations in this pivotal role.

Supporting the Sr. Director, you will focus on strategic category management while leading sourcing activities that promote cost efficiencies and supplier development. This role includes evaluating market trends and fostering innovation through partnerships with engineering and R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead strategic sourcing to uncover optimization opportunities • Evaluate and onboard high-performance suppliers • Manage vendor communications and stakeholder relationships • Research market trends to shape sourcing strategies • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts effectively

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred • 8–10 years’ experience in sourcing or procurement • Experience in supplier performance management • Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus • Proficient with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle
