The warehouse Associate is managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders picking and packing orders. This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Package, and ship equipment, and supplies.
Fulfill daily orders, receive incoming supplies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Work independently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly using provided instructions and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and departmental impact on company operations.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to frequently lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 30 lbs, and on occasion up to 50 lbs.
Strong time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
Capable of handling shipments, wrapping pallets, and operating hand trucks or pallet jacks.
Experience with testing, cleaning, and sorting products for RMA or repurposing.
Experience working in Warehouse or Restaurant environment Preferred.
Meets attendance and performance standards.
