Allied Universal is seeking experienced Security Professional - Operations to provide security services at a community shelter environment in Mississauga, Ontario. This role requires individuals who have prior experience working in shelters or similar high-interaction environments, supporting vulnerable populations.The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong de-escalation skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting, and professionalism when managing challenging behaviors.
