Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Mississauga)

Bilingual (English and French) Customer Service Associate TRICAN CORPORATION (located in Mississauga) is looking for a full time Bilingual (English and French) Customer Service Associate, who is passionate about providing next-level customer experiences and motivated enough to always strive to be better. Responsibilities: . Answering inbound calls and providing customer support in both English and French . Taking customer’s orders via phone, email and walk in . Entering customer’s orders in Order Entry system . Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability . Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions . Process all returns as needed according to the company return policy . Perform other duties as assigned by managers . Provide back up for vacation or sick day coverage Requirements: . A minimum of two years of customer service experience . Must be fully bilingual (English and French) – 100% in both verbal and written forms . A college diploma required . Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook . Attention to details and high degree of accuracy .
