In this role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft innovative cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits using POS systems Take food and drink orders accurately while providing friendly, attentive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering duties and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Monitor guest consumption responsibly by practicing responsible serving techniques in compliance with alcohol regulations. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or server in a quick-paced restaurant. Familiarity with Thai cuisine, POS systems is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using excellent time management skills. Experience in fine dining settings or catering environments is a plus, showcasing versatility across different service styles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing are essential for accuracy in transactions.
