Customer Care & E-Commerce Support Associate (Mississauga)

We are Koreanshop, a growing Korean skincare website and retail store in Canada, looking for a full-time, in-person Customer Care & E-Commerce Support Associate to join our team. This role includes customer service, website order support, phone/chat communication, shipment packing, and coordination with store and warehouse operations. Responsibilities - Reply to customer inquiries by phone, email, and website chat - Help customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and product questions - Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently - Coordinate with warehouse and store staff regarding orders - Pack and prepare online orders for shipment - Answer incoming calls and provide general support - Maintain accurate order information and follow-ups - Assist with daily operations and other duties as assigned Requirements - Strong communication and customer service skills - Must be proficient in spoken and written English - Comfortable speaking with customers on phone and chat - Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting - Detail-oriented and responsible - Retail, warehouse, or e-commerce experience is an asset - Must be available to work Sundays when needed Job Details - Full-time - In-person position - Day shift - Weekend availability required when needed Pay: From $17.60 per hour Application question(s) - Work status- ( Workpermit / PR / Citizen ) ? - What languages are you proficient in (spoken and written)? - How do you plan to commute to work L4T 1H2 ? i.e Car / Bus - Are you available to work weekends if needed?
