Cleaner/Server (Mississauga)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Server to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facility while providing excellent service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial tasks and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in commercial cleaning and customer service, contributing to a welcoming and sanitary environment for all visitors. Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet health and safety standards - Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including table setup, sanitation, and resetting for new guests - Assist with food service duties as needed, including serving guests and managing order delivery - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic setting - Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials as necessary - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly - Uphold high standards of cleanliness and customer service at all times Qualifications - Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during shifts - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service - Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends or evenings if required This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to maintaining a clean environment while providing quality service.
