General Warehouse Associate Job Description We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, inventory management, and general warehouse duties. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a robust work ethic. Responsibilities - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment - Load and unload products manually or using warehouse equipment - Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory accuracy - Sort and organize products within the warehouse - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment - Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control - Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies - Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems when required - Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications - Previous warehouse experience is considered an asset - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Reliable transportation and punctual attendance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience using RF scanners is an asset - Forklift certification is considered an asset but not required - Basic communication and problem-solving skills - Flexibility to work various shifts, overtime, or weekends if needed Work Environment - Warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment - May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. - Temperature-controlled or non-temperature-controlled facilities depending on assignment Requirements Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ozul7
